How long before I can expect to see an improvement in my symptoms?
Generally it will take two menstrual cycles for 30PLUS® to take effect. Some women may experience symptomatic relief earlier. If you are experiencing hormonal fluctuations or imbalances related to PMS symptoms it may take a little longer to see the improvement depending on how long the symptoms have been present.

Can I take 30PLUS® if I am under 30 years of age?
Yes. 30PLUS® is designed to help provide relief from symptoms associated with hormonal fluctuations or imbalances related to PMS, no matter what age a woman may be. 30PLUS® may also assist with night sweats, hot flushes and menopausal symptoms.

Are the AM and PM tablets different?
No. They are exactly the same, however the tablets are packaged in AM/PM dosages for your convenience. It is best to take one tablet in the morning and one tablet at night to aid in the monitoring of your cycle.

Does 30PLUS® contain hormones?
No, 30 PLUS® is a natural supplement that is designed to assist in the relief of hormonal fluctuations or imbalances related to PMS. It does not contain hormones.

Can I take 30PLUS® if I am using oral contraception?
Yes. 30PLUS® is not known to cause problems for women who are using oral contraception.

Should I use 30PLUS® for a long time?
We recommend that a doctor be consulted every six months so that any underlying illness does not go undetected. Everyone is an individual and we recommend that you listen to your body and use it as your own best guide.

Is the black cohosh in 30PLUS® different to other products that contain black cohosh?
The black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) extract used in 30PLUS® has been standardised to provide a consistent and effective form of the active ingredient.
30PLUS® contains a specific range of the active from the black cohosh plant, thereby giving you a more consistent and effective result.
